How is a Malignant Tumor formed? A malignant tumor is formed by a cell that kept diving and becoming bigger and bigger uncontrollably. In the human body, there are multiple cells. There is a point that one of those cells have to turn off and then another cell would turn off replacing the cell that turned off. In that process there can be mutation. The mutation would be that one of the genes that were good were in a way turned off, and the other bad gene would turn on.
